    I have supported thousands women in my life. I have learnt so much by being in the birthing space. I have unlearnt medicine, control, toxic dynamics. i have learnt instead how to embody presence, inner-power and inner-trust. how to listen to the body, to instincts and intuitions.

    I trust women's inner ability to create and birth and I support you in trusting yourself and your body. Working together means that I don't take decisions for you. My role is guiding you to get in touch with your deepest inner knowing, that's where your power resides.

    My work is somatic, body-based, guiding you to re-connect with your body's wisdom and intuitions through presence. Taking responsibility for your health, trust yourself and your intuitions, can be the most transformative steps in your woman/motherhood life.

    I offer an intuitive, heart-based approach, not fear-based like in our culture and medical system.

    I have a vast international experience, knowledge of women's health and rites of passage and understand really well how the medical system can sabotage births (and how to avoid it when unnecessary).     What you have to offer people is so profound.

    When a woman is birthing, often with external noise we forget to trust ourselves. To have just one person remind us of our power is often all it takes to put us back on track. I know certainly for me it was this way. You allowed me to achieve my end goal by believing in me more than I believed in myself. And by demonstrating this to me, it allowed me to remember what it was I had set out to do.
