We don't talk enough about this topic and we keep emphasis that there is something wrong in us, women, and that we need to be alone in this. I shared an episode on my YouTube channel - MotherTales - about grief and the different phases of the process, my experience and the importance of support. I share my experience of living in a society that does everything to suppress emotions, we need our community to share our pain.
We are not meant to carry it alone.
